We do not accept refunds and exchanges unless the item is faulty, in this instance please contact us within 24 hours of your order being delivered with the description and picture of the faulty we will then advise on the next steps.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if we believe the item has been damaged due to a faulty of the customer and not us.

We also advise to check the disclaimer section on each product, as we sell designs from time to time that have minor manufacturer faults at a discounted price.
